Arrived in poor packaging

These RFID chips arrived with inside packaging open and smashed so the chips were just loose in the outer bag. Also the directions say that there is styrofoam included for additional protection when installing the chips but none was included. I have not tried the chips yet to see if they work but very disappointed in the packaging and condition on arrival.
