What information do you collect?

When you place an order or create an account, we collect what we need to process and deliver it:

• Your shipping and billing addresses
• Your order and payment details
• Basic browsing information, such as the site that referred you and your IP address

We use it to fulfill your orders, prevent fraud and improve our store.

Do you share or sell my information?

We share it only with the services that help us run the store and deliver your order, such as our payment processors, shipping carriers and email provider. They may use it only to provide those services.

How does your email newsletter work?

Our newsletter is opt-in. You receive it only if you sign up or check the box at checkout. When you subscribe, we save your email address, name and the date you signed up.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it anytime to stop receiving our emails right away.

Is shopping at Chess House secure?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which meets the highest level of PCI compliance for card payments. Every page is encrypted, so the information you enter is protected on its way to us.

• Your card details stay protected. Payments are handled by secure payment processors. Chess House never sees or stores your full card number.
• Look for the padlock. A padlock in your browser's address bar, and an address that starts with https://, confirm a secure connection.
