SINGLE REPLACEMENT PIECES: Etched Glass Chess Set

So I ordered a frosted rook to replace the one that I lost from my original set. The price was fine. And the delivery was relatively quick. The only problem is it looks like their rook is slightly bigger than the one from my set. I'm hoping maybe they have one in my size that I can exchange this for?

Good quality piece. Comes with felt on bottom which I love. Great customer service. Personal response on email inquiry. Updates on order vie email through the delivery process (as expected these days).

I am not a chess aficionado but I am a little disappointed in the measurements. The Knight height claims to be 2" but the one I received is more like 1 3/4". I attached a photo and you can see the frosted one that was purchased on the left is just a bit shorter than 2"
I didn't spend my life savings on it, but would expect it to be a little more accurate given the state of our technological advancements

The top of the pawn is slightly warped, but no big deal. Glad I was able to get a single glass chess replacement piece.

Purchased a glass frosted replacement pawn. It came in about one week from order date. All good in terms of customer service. Pawn is a perfect match in terms of size and shape but unexpectedly it is a darker color than what is depicted on the website. See picture. I subsequently realized that the replacement has a black bottom pad instead of white like the others. I removed the black pad and made a white pad to get the color to basically match.

This was literally the only place I could find where I could get individual glass chess pieces.
I ordered 4 rooks to go with a set I acquired that was missing 1 (unfortunate). They are larger than the rest of the pieces but I knew that when purchasing, its better than an incomplete set right?
I also ordered new felt pads for the remaining pieces as they had all fallen off and it made a terrible sound on the glass board. They went on great with some super glue. I had to get a little creative to get them to fit exactly as I wanted but I'm satisfied with how they fit and it wasn't too much effort. Now, it will just be to see if they last!
The pieces were packaged really well and everything was shipped quickly!

You guys are the best! I didn't think I would be able to find the exact clear king. But you guys came through for me. Really appreciate great service.

I picked up a glass chess set for free. Unfortunately, the clear glass king piece was damaged on the bottom. Thankfully, I found this replacement site and was able to order that I needed. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was 99% true to the original. The boys at school love to play with the ‘fancy’ chess board.

Thank you for sending a missing piece so quickly .

I had a chess set that I loved but was missing one frosty pawn after my move from California to Indiana. I was able to find the exact replacement pawn at chess house. Now I can play without a dime for a chess piece lol. Thanks!!!

Easy to get the replacements we needed, quick shipping, & we are back to family games!

I got it fast and it was affordable

Expeditious service!

Great Service and quality!! Thank you

I was a perfect match.

They replaced my missing piece nicely thank you

The piece I order came in a great condition, well packaged. And it was shipped to my house in a few days. So it was pretty fast. Great service.

We received a glass chess set and one of the pieces was malformed. We asked for a new piece and was sent one immediately. The serve was great.

Awesome company, beautiful chess pieces

I recently ordered 16 replacement pawns. Not only did I get exactly what I needed, my order arrived almost a week early. Prices that cant be beat. I'll definitely be back if I ever need more pieces!

First time doing business with this company. Piece's I bought we're perfect. Came with in less then a week.

Amazing its perfect

Price was reasonable and the piece matched the set I have.

When my two grandsons accidentally broke one of the pawns their solution was to replace it with one made in plasticine . I was really surprised and happy that I found chesshouse online and could buy individual pieces . This allowed me to work with my grandsons on replacing the piece as a lesson for them and they in turn were able to apologise to their Mum when they presented her with the piece. A great service from Chesshouse in USA to two young players in UK and a Grandad to play a part in their lives as what will hopefully be a memorable event. Best Regards, Matt

Exactly what I wanted, thanks!

So glad that someone sells individual pieces. Thanks for the quick delivery as well!

We needed a few replacement pieces for our old glass chess set. Got near perfect matches from Chess house and we're back to playing again. Shipping was really fast as well.

The price is great and pieces matched perfectly. Also everything shipped fast.
Thank you

Took a while to get the piece I needed, but the support was outstanding. Once the piece was available, I was notified immediately and product arrived within a few days.
