The Rook I bought looks great with my set , not a perfect match . But I knew that when I ordered it . My set is a Napoleon . But the new medieval rook looks great.
Great customer service! Misfigired piece. Called and sent a picture. Was instantly replaced. The lady I spoke to was kind and helped a lot. Product was great quality
Piece does not sit flush. It wobbles! And no response after I sent a video to the company…
I lost one piece for a rather expensive chess set and could not find the individual pawn anywhere. I found it on Chess House, but it was out of stock, so I requested an email notification and wasn't really hopeful. A couple months later, I got an email that it was back in stock and I ordered it immediately. It shipped quickly and fit in perfectly with my set. It's a bit heavier than the other pieces, but that's fine and I knew that would be the case. It looks perfect and I'm so happy to have my set complete again!
Got exactly what I ordered and it came quickly.
Hello, is this company still in business? I need a replacement will they send it?
Chris, if you are asking about us as a company than yes we are still in business. These single pieces are hard to come by since we have to break up a full set for another reason before we can increase the quantity of the pieces. If you haven't already, please add your email to the product and when we do have them in stock we will email you. Thanks for checking in!
what is the price for the complete set ?
