ChessVolt - Battery Pack for Millennium Chess Computers

Great product works perfectly with my legacy Millennium Chess Set

This Millenium ChessVolt Power Pack item that I purchased is very convenient as it allows me to essentially play with the Genius module AND the King Element module without a power source stuck in a wall socket all the time. I especially like the on/off switch that was provided, making it even more convenient, see photo of my setup which shows it connected to the Genius module. The transaction with Chess House ran smoothly and I am satisfied with the purchase.

This accessory battery pack is a great option for cordless play!

Love it

One of the essential additions for the Millennium King Performance chess board if you want to add portability to the board. I would recommend the Luxe base as well so the Volt and the Chesslink modules are hidden.

Powers the King Performance unit extremely well

Easy to navigate site with quick shipping and delivery. The battery is an excellent product too

I gave two to two of my sons. I have two for myself so usually they are both fully charged. Also a shout out to ChessHouse and Paul. They are great folks.

This small battery pack let me play chess in the garden without having concerns about having power wires all over the place.
Very useful item!

Battery pack charges fast and once charged gives you the freedom of taking the board with you without having to look for a power source. Take it out to the porch or Picnic table. Your game is always saved….Unit powers on and off via switch….simply great..!

Works perfectly with all my chess units requiring 9 volts. Runs all my units for many hours.

Works well. Bought it to play the king performance and very happy with the results!!!

No problem with this device - works well!

Works well and excellent adjunct to computer board

Excellent product. Bought it to go with my chess exclusive works very well more than happy with it.

Awesome product. I bought it to go with the Mil830 King Performance electronic chess set. No need to have the chess set close to a wall plug. No need for the wall plug cable dangling from the chess set to the wall. The ChessVolt battery pack makes it possible to play on the porch outside. Great product. ChessHouse is the best place for any of your chess needs. Best prices and best customer service. Walter

Love it very handy.

I use this as the only power source for the M820 as it allows playing anywhere inside or away from the house, no need to be near a wall outlet. It truly lasts for at least 8 hours of play before needing recharge. This is at the difficulty level I am using now of Normal - 0; using more computing power at higher levels may discharge it faster, I don't know, haven't tried this yet. I always leave the battery connected to the computer. When done with a playing session I turn off both the computer and the battery. I recharge with the computer and battery turned off, but still connected to each other. It took about 4 hours to fully charge after being about 2/3 discharged. I think this slower rate of charge probably prolongs battery life compared to fast-charging. The battery barely warms during charging. The M820 and battery were shipped together, and they arrived less than two days after ordering, in perfect condition, well-packaged. Shipping was free. -Bob Clem

Great product and service from Chess House!

Just purchased both items from Chesshouse and I couldn't be more satisfied. Both were shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition. I love them both and would purchase from Chesshouse again without hesitation!

I needed a portable battery solution so I can use my fantastic Millennium Chess Set outside of my home - local coffee shops for example. The Chessvolt is the perfect solution. It holds a great level of portable power and it’s easy to carry - perfect! Thank you Paul for your great advice again! Tom.
