Twenty(20) E104A regulation size chess pieces are solid plastic, black and white with green paper-thin felt bases, suitable for all chess clubs, schools, and chess instruction.

TIP: Roll up chessboards with the squares outward to ensure board will lay flat later when in use.

It would have been nice if the pieces were placed in bags that are more durable than these plastic baggies.

Great for our lunch time Chess Club

Great for School Chess Clubs

I purchased these chess sets for my Granddaughter's and Grandson's schools to start chess clubs in their schools. I received positive reports that the children in these clubs love the chess sets and are thoroughly enjoying playing chess. Hopefully many of these children will play chess all their lives.

Best deal

Our school started a chess club this year, and I was put in charge of finding a good deal on chess sets. chesshouse.live had the best deal. I have 20 students who signed up so this was definitely a good buy!

Perfect set for elementary school

Great set for our chess club. The pieces are easy to use and identify.

Great value, beautiful chess sets

We are just getting our elementary school chess club started and we ordered this starter kit to get us started. We've used them just once, so I can't really speak from long-term experience about durability. But, I will say that these chess pieces look and feel good. They feel solid and sturdy. The vinyl for the playing mat is a heavy weight, probably a half-inch thick. So I suspect it won't tear v

is it made with vinyl, silicon or mousepad type of mat in these sets, and is the shipping free internationally ( morocco )

Chess House

Benjelloun, the boards in this combo https://www.chesshouse.live/products/budget-chess-sets-20-pack-up-to-40-players are vinyl boards. As to the shipping once they are in your cart you will see the shipping expense, unfortunately we can't offer free shipping internationally.

In the near future I will be starting a chess club at my church.
Your$187.00 budget sets looks like regulation pieces and roll up boards.
Are they as far as weight and height?

Chess House

Raymond, thanks for checking in! The pieces in this set are these https://www.chesshouse.live/products/3-3-4-basic-club-chess-pieces and the boards are these https://www.chesshouse.live/products/20-vinyl-roll-up-chess-board Both the board and pieces are regulation in size, I don't believe there is necessarily a regulation weight but the pieces are not weighted, they are not completely hollow but they are not filled either. If you have any other questions email me at josh@chesshouse.live Thanks!
