The Italian Marble Cabinet Chess Storage Board features an admirable antique finished worm wood case, plus the squares are inlaid with genuine Italian Marble! A charming match of white and amber squares makes this storage chessboard a sight to behold!

A large storage compartment for Chess and Checkers is hidden beneath the playing surface, and the sculptured lines of the wood draw the eye nicely to the center of the striking Marble board. This Alabaster storage chessboard is hand-made in Italy.

Sorry about the delay in this response! The base of the king of the pieces is the same size of the square on that board so, yes, technically it fits but I would not at all recommend them for the board because it would be far too cramped.
