2 1/2" Analysis Size Plastic Chess Pieces

I bought these pieces for my Pendleton Chess and Checkers Travel Roll-up set and they fit on the board and in the bag perfectly.

(Forgive me for I have not setup the board correctly in the images. I was excited to check the fitment)

They have some good weight for plastic pieces and the felt beneath will do well for grabbing my travel board. These should slide nicely on a wood board too.

Thank you Chess House for the nice chess pieces!

I was looking for an enexpensive chess set that would work with the board I made. This was perfect. Great price, great customer service, and great shipping.

These pieces are well made for their purpose (a travel or analysis set), are a good value, and they fit well on boards or mats with 1 1/2" squares.

Fast shipping. Materials in great shape.

Thank you, Chess House, for helping us be able to send off 250 chess sets in our shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Your chess sets are a perfect match to our homemade chess boards. After being inspired by the film Queen of Katwe we hope our boards make a difference in the lives of many children.

I purchased these pieces for a 12.5" folding board that I bought in Turkey a few years ago. It is a great set for the price, but they pieces seemed a little small for that board. That's just personal preference though, and I replaced them with a set of taller 2 7/8" weighted pieces.

Molded and shaped well nice. Bought as starter set for nephew to see how he takes to the game on 15x15"; 1and3/8" board I made for him..

Nothing great not bad. Disappointed there were not 4 queens

Fit perfectly on the 14 inch roll up vinyl board. Good quality. Not as light as I thought they'd be. Great value for the price. Shipping was 3 days earlier that originally expected.

The pieces are a little light. If play is outside, the wind will blow over the pieces. I am trying to figure a way to insert some soft metal, maybe some lead sinkers and silicone. Overall an excellent value for analyzing games on my small drueke board. How can I lose for $5 plus s/h? Very fast delivery too!

I wasn't expecting much from a $5 chess piece set. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pieces! And they fit nicely on my board, which has 1.5" squares. I was worried that they would look cheap, given that my board is pretty nice, but they fit right in. Delivery was quick, too!

This is a fine little analysis set. I picked it up with a 14" silicone board an it works perfectly for examining lines of play on the fly or at work during breaks. I can't imagine a better set can be found for $5.

Got this set for analysis and playing at work. The felt was lined up flush and the pieces cleaned up nice with an exacto. Going to get a 14 inch vinyl board next mist likely. Chess House seems to be a good company. Would recommend.

My order came quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chess set for using as a set to practice wherever I go!

These pieces were a nice surprise ~ good quality for a great price! They are perfect for what we need (something nice-looking, but not top-end or expensive)! Delivery was fast, too!

I wanted a light chess set to take with me to Hawaii so I could play with my stepsons there on vacation. Also ordered a roll-up board which has not arrived as yet. But the chess pieces are very light and won't take up too much room in my suitcase, besides not adding on a lot of weight. I already have several chess sets, so didn't want to pay a lot for one more. So was glad to find these at a low price.

Great, simple design and quick delivery. Love that the price is so cheap, thank you!

The 2 1/2" plastic chess pieces make a great replacement or extra set of chess pieces. They also sell individual matching pieces if you should ever need to replace one piece or want promotional pieces. The white individual pieces are solid white whereas the "white" pieces with the set are more of an ivory color. If you're that selective on white/ivory a little shot of ivory spray paint will fix that issue.

Perfect for replacing lost pieces from a standard set from a department store - better than most

Perfect experience, item as described and packed properly.

Light, slightly slippery, injection molded plastic, hollow core with an adhesive backed flocked paper base. A no frills, practical, and (I suspect) chip resistant set for a reasonable price.

Nice and very prompt sending them!

This is an economical set which is very nice. It exceeded my expectations for what I got for a minimum amount of money. I am happy with my purchase.

2 1/2" Analysis Size Plastic Chess Pieces

Nice set. Bought it for my friend to replace a old ugly wood set he had. I think he will like. Thanks.

Great pieces,would recommend.

I thought I was just going to get a cheap set like the kind I had when I was a kid that I bought from the local department store. No base, you can stick them on your fingers, squeeze them and bend them, etc. Not the case. I bought these just to have an analysis set. To be honest, in a pinch, I'd play with this set. They've got a nice sturdy bottom with felt! I was really surprised considering the cost!
