18" Marble Black and White Chess Set

I love this set. I got it for me and the family to play. I wanted to set big enough that I could leave it up in my formal living room and this set did not disappoint. My only complaint, which is the reason for the three star, is the two queens, and the black king, bottom were not flat. Now every time somebody has a heavy step or bump the table, these three pieces wobble really bad and sometimes even fall over. If the bottoms of the three pieces were flat and I did not have the issue with them wobbling and tipping over, I’d for sure give this a five star review. I am really disappointed in that. I know the issue for these problems isn’t the height because the white king is stable like the rest of the pieces.

Beautiful set Size & feel are perfect. Customer service excellent also.

Beautiful marble chess set.... I love the board and the size of the pieces..... feels so good to play and makes the game even more enjoyable

The set shipped from WA to Ontario in 2 days. When I opened it I was immediately stunned at the craftsmanship! For some reason I thought this was a 14" board, but I am super glad it is 18". This will look amazing on display and the premium feel and weight of the pieces will make it feel extra special during gameplay.

My only negative comment would be the shipment packaging itself. It came safely wrapped and all, but styrofoam packing peanuts shouldn't be used in 2021! I hope they try to move to something less wasteful in the future.

This was supposed to be a present but my husband saw it and had to start playing right away. He loves it and challenges everyone to a game. All the pieces are a nice weight and very smooth. Looks good sitting out.

Beautiful set. Absolutely stunning. Excellent quality. Going to look great in my personal cigar lounge.

I bought a chess set for my son and he loves it . He put it on his coffee table and plays more often now.

Very nice set and delivered as promised.
Very satisfied customer.
Thank you.

Great quality.

Looks very nice

The set was everything that I wanted. The board had large squares which is what I wanted. The pieces were nice also. My first purchase. I was amazed with the fast process and shipping of my set. Would recommend this store.

Very happy with set except for slightly warped board. This was fixed to my satisfaction with a discount on the set. Most professional and friendly customer service.

Set was everything I wanted, very pleased with the quality. Have tipped over a few while we have been playing and there has been no chips as of yet. Is there a case that you sell for the chess pieces?

Cosmetically a very nice looking set. my only problem with it is the relative sizes of the pieces, principally the rooks. They are too small! They should not be smaller than the pawn, or even the same size. The proportionality, sizewise of the pieces just dont look right to me, imho. Was not what I expected, but I see that they are clearly shown in photograph, so thats on me!

What an amazing, beautiful looking chess set. The entire set feels like it’s worth over $1,000. Took a while to get here since it was back ordered but it was DEFINITELY worth the wait!

This chess set is beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. It did take over a month for the set to ship. When we opened the box the white queen was broken. Through the shipping delays and request for a replacement piece your above average customer service kept us going. Your team of people was responsive to our inquires about the delay and they did not hesitate to replace our queen. Everyone was very pleasant to do business with.

Fantastic board and pieces. Thick and big, makes for great angles. Pieced are weighted and match the theme of the board. For the price though, the board and pieces should not come in a cardboard box. You guys need to be a little more creative than that. Lovely board though.

My son wanted a unique chest piece , after researching I choose yall. He was absolutely amazed. Especially about if a piece gets broken he could get a replacement. Said it would be a permanent coffee table setting. He does want a carrying case for it?

A beautiful set that will provide years of enjoyment for the whole family.

Chess set arrived quickly and just as ordered. Beautiful set.

I ordered a set that was too small. Called them and they switched it right away before it shipped. Delivery was amazon fast. Excellent customer service these guys care

The chess set experience was spectacular and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend this experience to everyone that is looking for that perfect chess set.

Absolutely beautiful, heirloom-quality chess set. Highly recommend.

The board and pieces are solid, good weight to the board and pieces, (which
I like), , the look is great! Nothing not to like about this set! If you're "in the mood for marble", this is the set to get! Great Value!

Forgot to mention in my previous review that the 18 inch board is a great plus in my opinion !!
